KEYMOULD / ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING

A clear path from input to tool delivery.

Engineering decisions, manufacturing work and sample review in one connected sequence.

01

Technical input

Share product drawings, material, intended use and project requirements so the engineering discussion has a clear starting point.

02

Engineering review

Product analysis and mold-flow analysis identify questions for the customer to review.

03

Design confirmation

Review structure and details. Confirm the DFM and 3D design before machining instructions are released.

04

Manufacture

Plan materials, CNC, EDM, wire cutting, deep-hole drilling and other operations for the agreed tool.

05

Fitting and trial

Fit and assemble the mold, conduct trials, review samples and complete the required corrections.

06

Delivery

Confirm the agreed project requirements and delivery arrangements. Further support follows the project agreement.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Make the project
requirements explicit.

Part files, resin or material information, the intended molding machine and production location, target timing and sample acceptance needs help define the tooling scope.

Commercial terms, engineering responsibilities and delivery conditions are agreed for the project; this website does not set universal lead times or prices.
